As an experienced ultra marathon runner, I’ve conquered distances up to 100km, often finishing in the top 1/4 of events. My background as a former soldier and prison officer, along with several years of experience in the education sector, allows me to truly understand the challenges of high-pressure environments and the stresses of everyday life.
