Hybrid Small Group Training

 

  

Hybrid Training at My Fit Pod MK is small group coaching designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence.


With a maximum of 5 people per session, you’ll get focused coaching alongside the energy of a supportive group.


HYBRID FIT
A blend of strength and cardio in every session. You’ll lift, move, and build fitness through simple, effective conditioning, designed to improve stamina, burn calories, and help you feel fitter in everyday life. No experience needed.


HYBRID STRENGTH
A more focused, strength-based session centred around key lifts like squats, hinges, presses, and pulls. Using lower reps and progressive loading, this session is all about building real strength, improving technique, and lifting with confidence, without the cardio intensity.


Whether you want a full workout or to focus on getting stronger, there’s an option to suit you.

  • 6 small group sessions per month (10 on Gold)

Outdoor Fitness

 

A friendly, full-body outdoor session designed to build strength, stamina and confidence at your own pace.

Expect a mix of:

  • Bodyweight exercises 
  • Functional movements 
  • Optional team-style challenges 


Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness, everything can be adapted to suit your level.
