Hybrid Small Group Training

 

Train with purpose in a focused group of just 6 people. You’ll get the personal attention of 1-to-1 coaching, combined with the energy and accountability of a team.

Every session blends functional strength, endurance, and conditioning — designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel race-ready for events like HYROX, ATHX, or whatever challenge you’re taking on next.

  • 5 small group sessions per month
     
  • Access to my coaching app with ongoing nutritional guidance

The Bootcamp

 The Bootcamp is an outdoor high-energy, full body session designed to build strength, stamina and confidence. Expect a mix of bodyweight drills, functional movements and team style challenges. Perfect for anyone who wants to train outdoors, train hard, have fun and feel unstoppable.
