I’m Pete, a Milton Keynes–based personal trainer and mindset coach dedicated to helping people break through self-imposed limits and realise what they’re truly capable of.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I run small group training sessions and outdoor fitness programmes, creating an environment that challenges you physically while building accountability, resilience, and confidence.
I also deliver growth mindset programmes in schools and design bespoke wellbeing and resilience programmes for educational settings—equipping young people with the tools to handle pressure, build confidence, and thrive.
As an ultra marathon runner (covering distances up to 100km and consistently placing in the top 25%), and with a background as a soldier, prison officer, and educator, I understand resilience—both physical and mental—at a deep level.
